Most jobs are priced by volume — how much space your items take up in our truck. A few individual items (mattresses, hot tubs, pianos) have their own flat rate instead. Either way, you'll always get a firm price before we start loading.
No. Every price we quote already includes labor, hauling, and dump/disposal fees. The only time a price can change is if the actual volume or material type differs significantly from what was described — and we'll always confirm with you first.
Yes — always free, with no obligation. For smaller jobs we can often quote over the phone or from a few photos; for larger cleanouts we're happy to come take a look in person.
